TECHNICALLY

Even if they didn’t actually know each other.

Nicholas and Stephanie were both born in Richmond Hill, and grew up in Oak Ridges just a two minute drive away from each others houses. They went to the same elementary school and were even in six of the same classes from Kindergarden to Grade 8. However, despite being in such a close proximity to each other, they never really spoke or developed a friendship.

After elementary school, they both attended the same high school, and even ended up attending the same college for a year. Despite continuously being in the same orbits, they still did not collide.

That is, until the day when Stephanie and Elicia reconnected at a Halloween party. Elicia had also grown up with the pair, attending the same elementary school and high school as they did, however, was friends with both of them. From high school onward, she had remained friends with a group of guys, one of which was Nicholas.

One fateful day after the two girls had reconnected, Elicia made it her mission to set Nicholas and Stephanie up. She was determined to push the two together (both figuratively and quite literally).

Now, over five years and an upcoming wedding later, it’s safe to say that her plan worked.
